      • You must present a valid, legal, physical government-issued photo ID.
    • Event will take place rain or shine.
    • Lineup and set times are subject to change without notice.
    • No ins/outs (excluding campers & ADA)
    • An event pass is required to enter event property.
    • An event pass is a single RFID wristband worn both days.
      • Wristband registration required via the Head Trip mobile app.
      • Wristbands are non-transferable once applied.
      • Wristbands can not be shared.
      • Wristbands are void if tampered with or removed.
      • Do not subject your wristband to fire, cutting, excessive twisting, pulling, stretching or customization.
      • Wristbands not affected by showering, swimming or airport screenings.
      • Do not put your wristband on until you are on your way to the festival and have registered.

PAYMENT PLANS

  • $99 DOWN PAYMENT PLAN

    Put just $99 down at time of checkout, then divide your remaining balance over equal monthly payments through mid July.

    • Payment Plans are available for all orders over $100 while supplies last.
    • PayPal payment method not available for Payment Plan.
    • Only a $20 flat fee for Payment Plan. No added interest!
    • You may pay in full if you do not want to use the payment plan.
    • You must select the payment plan during the checkout process. If you miss this, you'll be charged in full. There will be no account adjustments.
    • Exact payment amounts may vary by a few cents due to rounding, but the total due will not exceed order total.
    • Payments are automated and may take up to 72 hours to process.
      • Please wait for your payment to process. If you make a manual payment during this time, the automatic payment may still process, resulting in a double charge.
    • No refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
    • Defaulting on your payment plan will result in order cancellation and a $50 default fee per pass.

  • MISSED PAYMENTS
    • If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay.
    • If payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is due, your order may be canceled at any time, even if later scheduled payments are successfully completed.
    • Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and a $50 restocking fee per pass.
    • No exceptions. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges.

GETTING YOUR ORDER

  • GENERAL INFO
    • It is your responsibility to make sure you have a valid shipping address on file for your order(s).
    • You may add, update, or change this in your Head Trip FanAccount after your purchase is complete until the “update shipping address” deadline.
      • You must do this for each individual order you place.

  • IMPORTANT DATES, DEADLINES, DETAILS
    • $10 fee for domestic or international shipping added to each order placed after 5/19/26
    • Shipping is via UPS Mail Innovations.
      • You must select shipping for each item, however all shipped items will be shipped together for one fee (per order).
      • Your shipping address will default to your billing address.
      • You may change this in your AXS account after your purchase is complete until the shipping address deadline.
    • The last day to update your Head Trip shipping address is 9/2/2026
    • A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is packed.
      • Please also check your spam/junk folder.
      • Your patience is appreciated as it will take up to four weeks to complete shipping.
      • Your FANACCOUNT may show "shipped" on your order, however your order is only actually shipped once you have been sent the shipping notification email with your tracking code.
      • Head Trip is not responsible for failed / blocked / mis-delivered / bounced email delivery.
    • Orders placed separately are shipped separately.
    • Shipping is currently anticipated to begin within the early to mid-September timeframe.

      • Domestic orders placed after must be picked up at our offsite Will Call/Box office.

    INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS

    • The last day to place an international order and have it shipped is 9/16/2026
    • All international orders placed after must be picked up at our offsite Will Call/Box office.
    • We recommend international travelers choose the Will Call option if you intend to travel prior to
    • 9/27/2026 to better ensure you don’t miss delivery.
    • International orders that select domestic shipping will get stuck and may end up having to pick up at Will Call.
      • Make sure you select your shipping country and choose International Shipping.
    • International customers must enter a valid shipping address. Please double-check and provide your shipping information exactly as required (full name, street, apartment/suite, city, postal code, country). Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be shipped unless corrected and will be switched to Will Call pickup.
  • SHIPPING / DELIVERY RULES - MUST READ
    • DO NOT ORDER FOR OTHER PEOPLE if you may not be able to pick up at the Will Call/Box office yourself.
    • Orders will not be re-shipped under any circumstances.
    • Orders unable to be delivered under any circumstances (lost/stolen/errors/forgot/dog scared the postman away/wrong address, etc.) must be picked up at our offsite Will Call/Box office.

    • Orders assigned/changed/ending up at our Will Call/Box office must be picked up by the original purchaser (the name on the account).
      • Please keep that in mind when ordering.
      • No name changes allowed.
      • No alternative box office pick ups allowed.

    • Shipping/Delivery fees for undelivered orders via the mail or for orders that are delivered/lost/stolen/set to Will Call will not be refunded.

    • Absolutely no name changes or alternate Will Call pick-ups will be allowed. No Exceptions.
    • Only credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payment methods (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) will be accepted at the Box Office.
